Refund policy

Giclée Prints

We print your order just for you, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

Please take your time to select the perfect print - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Also, please ensure you measure carefully. A good tip is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and taping it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of the size and placement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a full replacement. Contact us to initiate the process.

If an item is damaged during shipment, contact us at artist@rosaliaart.studio within a week of receiving your damaged print so that we can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, and damaged prints/products so that you can provide them.
